Hello, Goodbye

It's been a while since I've updated! I have had a pretty big turn-over in my shoe collection. I've purchased several new pairs since last time (see the slideshow at the bottom of the page and look out for the "NEW!" tags) and decided to finally get rid of all these shoes...

Standard black shoes from Payless. You have to have a few sensible options, right? At least I used to think so. :) I really never wear shoes like this any more.

Also from Payless. I think I got a new pair of plain black shoes and a new pair of plain brown shoes from Payless every winter for a few years.

One of the standard brown pairs from Payless.

And the other standard brown pair. They're a little worn, but I love that little flower laced in at the toe!

Payless...by now you may have realized that during my first few years of college I went to Payless every couple months to see what new styles they had.

Say it with me now: Payless summer sandals.

Don't you love the pink soles? I think they're a nice touch. Got these at the Jumbo in Chile. It's sad to see these go but I'd probably look like a 12 year old if I wore them now.

Got these at Payless after I got my new black slacks because I can't wear anything but flats with them. I wore them on one of our New York City trips and they got pretty beat up so I finally replaced them.

My first pair of shoes with some real color. Got these at Forever Young shoes in the beginning of my pumps phase. I had to buy some outfits to wear with them, since I didn't have anything! :)

Can't remember for sure where these are from. Probably Payless. They're not the cutest shoes ever, but the top part is this elastically material that is SO comfortable!

From the good old BYU Bookstore my freshman year.

Good old Walmart. I couldn't resist the flowers.

Rack it up

Another pair of shoes will be making it's way to DI soon...

A girl in my freshman ward gave me this pair. These are what really got me into slingbacks.

And since this is my shoe blog, it seemed the perfect place to mention that Severin got me a new shoe rack for Christmas. I had one already, but it is full and the floor was starting to get cluttered with shoes that had nowhere else to go. So now I have two shoe racks and no shoes on the floor. It's nice to be able to get in my bottom dresser drawer without moving a bunch of shoes!

I've also gotton some new pairs of shoes in the last little while..check out the slide show at the bottom and look for the "NEW!" tags.
